Stanley P. Tsang believes that life is a gift and being a wise steward is paramount to one’s responsibility in life. With the good fortune to experience different culture and business sectors during the past three decades , Stan is driven to actively contribute to a positive sum sustainable economy. Raising his young family in the pristine Pacific Northwest, both he and his wife feel very blessed to be able to enjoy life to its fullest. Through GSEM, Stan strives to effectively allocate resources for constructive deployment.  In addition to serving as Director of Global Sustaining Equity Management, LLC, he also serves as Senior Advisor for the International Sustainable Development Foundation, a nonprofit organization promoting sustainable business practices, the China-US Center for Sustainable Development, and the I-Mei Group, one of the largest privately held groups in Taiwan. He is an alternate member of the APEC Business Advisory Council and has been involved in the APEC Fora since 1997.

In addition, Stan serves as a board director for the following companies: Rich Class Company, a consumer products importer; Valley Lane Company, a shoe manufacturer; Lite-Max Ltd., an LED light manufacturer, and PacCon Inc., an investment holding company. He has also served on the Finance Committee of the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee.

Stan graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle and worked in the investment management industry from 1981-90. In 1990, along with a few partners, he started one of the first professional baseball companies in Taiwan which owned a team called the Blackhawks, later sold to the China Times Group in 1992. After the sale, he started to diversify his interests to numerous industry sectors in Taiwan and Hong Kong. In 2002, Stan returned to Seattle to raise his young family. He continues the journey in following his conviction and drawing upon his lessons in life.

As a managing director, Milt Vereide brings three decades of business experience to GSEM. Beginning his career as a metallurgical engineer in a Fortune 500 company, to this past decade as a business owner, he contributes technical insight and business management expertise to GSEM. Milt maintains an active role in the community and has served on the boards of nonprofit organizations.  Milt has a love for the outdoors and all activities that go along with a deep appreciation for nature. From hiking in our national forests or exploring the sights along the Alaska Highway, to skiing Big Mountain in Montana, he values his time spend with his family and friends.

Lynn J. Turk is Senior Advisor to GSEM and  the U.S. National Centre for APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) where he advises US CEOs on the APEC Business Advisory Council on regional trade, political and economic issues.  He is also a member of the board of directors of the Pacific Century Institute, CBOL Corporation, and Celltron Inc.  Mr. Turk is a retired U.S. Foreign Service Officer.  His assignments in Europe and Asia focused on political-military and economic issues.  Mr. Turk has commercial experience in international trade, counter-trade and unconventional financing with Caterpillar World Trade and was a special advisor on international food trade, as well as speechwriter, for the CEO of Cargill.  He has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. from Fordham University.
